At Unwrapp, we bring together unique and thoughtful gifts from a wide range of talented Australian vendors, from florists and bakers to boutique creators and artisan makers. Since each gift is lovingly prepared and dispatched directly by the individual vendor, delivery times and methods can vary depending on the product, location, and selected delivery speed.
Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about how delivery works at Unwrapp.
How Delivery Works
Unwrapp partners with Sendle for standard, nationwide delivery and Sherpa for express, same-day delivery in select metro areas. Your chosen delivery option will depend on:

Where We Deliver
Delivery availability is based on your delivery postcode and the vendor’s service area. Simply enter your delivery postcode on the product page or during checkout to see what options are available for your location.
Multiple Items in One Order
As Unwrapp is a multi-vendor marketplace, your order may include items from different vendors. These will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You’ll receive individual tracking updates for each shipment.
Packaging & Presentation
Every gift is packed by the vendor with care and attention to detail, ensuring it arrives in a way that feels special and thoughtful. Packaging styles may vary slightly between vendors, reflecting their unique branding and product type.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email / SMS from either Sendle or Sherpa.
